8 Activities that Make Our Body Healthy
If the body is healthy, we can do anything. Learning so much easier, hanging out and playing with friends is also more comfortable, and most importantly, we feel healthy and fresh. Otherwise, if we eat too much and less activity, we definitely feels heavy and limp. Not good, isn’t it?
Apparently, the sport is easy. The following activities of daily living that can make our body healthy and always feel fresh.
An hour sports day
Get used to 60 minutes a day for exercise. For example, a 20 minute walk to school, 15 minutes playing on the playground at recess lessons, 25 minutes playing basketball or football, whether to practice with the team or simply playing with friends.
Snacking fruits and vegetables
Snacking on fruit and vegetables 5 servings a day or more will full the stomach and provide vitamins and antioxidants to the body. It’s a challenge, Superkids, called “rainbow challenge”. How many different colors of fruits and vegetables that you can eat in a day?
Yoga in the Morning, Walking in the Night
It a sports (usually) and well done for our parents, but it’s a good habit for kids too. Walking around the house complex after dinner and basic yoga exercises in the morning is very good for the body.
No Soda!
Replace soda with water, low-fat milk , and fruit juices. However, limit juice for 4 – 8 cups a day, for juices contain natural sugars and lots of calories.
Reduce to Watch
Watch TV, play computer or video games for 2 hours a day, after that turn off all. Better utilized for moving activities, such as playing hide and seek with brother or sister.
Do not Forget Breakfast
Breakfast could reduce our less healthy snack foods that make our bodies get obesity easily. Choose a breakfast of fruit, foods containing protein, or wheat.
Enough Sleep at Night
If we move a lot in a day, usually we can sleep soundly at night . Enough sleep will make our body healthy and always fresh.
Eat at Home
Sure, eating in the cafeteria or fast-food restaurants with friends is fun, but it’s better to eat at home. It is certainly healthier because mom definitely pays more attention to hygiene and calorie intake.
