Creative and Active School Attack at Makarios Elementary School
Again, School Attack returned to Makarios Primary School, Puri Kemangan (14/11). Creative and Active!
Road show School Attack Superkids Indonesia with Canon came to Makarios Elementary School, Puri Kembangan. Students and teachers welcomed the very beneficial activity for students. Here, students of grade 3, 4, 5, and 6 were given short photography workshop from Canon. In fact, teachers of Makarios wanted the topic from Canon team too.
There were 70-80s students taking part in photography workshop of “Shoot and Print”. They gathered in school church to listen to the proper shooting tips with team Canon. Actually, there are only four key subjects to master for a photographer. It’s how to handle the camera properly, image composition, illumination and angle.
“Good composition but you don’t handle the camera properly, the image will be blurred. Enough light without good angle, same story,” the Marketing Executive Image Communication Product Division Canon, Asa Theodorus Fanuel Prayogi, who is familiar as Kak Edo, gave tips.
After the briefing, students went straight to hunt for images around the school hall. There were 10 groups competing for the best pictures. The results were then printed on site using Pixma printer and original Canon photo paper. The best picture was rewarded special prize from Canon.
Group Shelly came out the winner. The theme was pictures with red taken from high angle. Despite there was only one winner, Superkids of Makarios Prime were very good, creative and active. They listened to the topic and actively asked to both Kak Edo and Kok Yose.
Upon seeing the enthusiasm, the loud and the fun of students over the activity, surely School Attack wouldn’t stop there. School Attack still has bigger programs for the upcoming events. Just wait for them at your school, Superkids!
