Shooting with Challenge at Notre Dame Elementary School
School Attack revisited Notre Dame Primary School, Puri Kemangan. It’s loud, fun and full of challenges!
Road show School Attack Superkids Indonesia with Canon came to Notre Dame Primary School, Puri Kembangan (20/11). Students and teachers alike gave warm welcome to this very beneficial activity for students. It’s revealed by the principal of Notre Dame primary school.
“The topic is well chosen to expand children’s horizon particularly in photography. Children were enthusiastic attending the program, especially at field practice with certain condition,” Hendricus Suparyana, S.Pd, the principal of Notre Dame primary school, Puri Kembangan, West Jakarta.
Here, students of grade 6 were presented with short photography workshop from Canon, “Shoot and Print”’ There were around 150 students taking part in the activity. They gathered around in the school hall to listen the tips of proper shooting with team Canon. Actually, there are only four key subjects to master for a photographer. It’s how to handle the camera properly, image composition, illumination and angle.
“Good composition but you don’t handle the camera properly, the image will be blurred. Enough light without good angle, same story,” the Marketing Executive Image Communication Product Division Canon, Asa Theodorus Fanuel Prayogi, or known well as Kak Edo, gave tips.
After the briefing, students went straight to hunt for images around the school. The results were then printed on site using Pixma printer and original Canon photo paper. Kak Edo also gave some explanation the required pictures are images with high angle that has green on them. The best picture was rewarded special prize from Canon and a package from Superkids Indonesia, milk set from Susu Ultra Jaya.
Superkids of Notre Dame Elementary School were so creative that Superteachers had a hard time to decide the winner. Eventually, they agreed that the winner was Michele’s group. Upon seeing the enthusiasm, the loud and the fun of students over the activity, surely School Attack wouldn’t stop there. School Attack still has bigger programs for the upcoming events.
