Beautiful Balloon Necklace
We can make a necklace out of clothes, button or even plastic bottle. Now, this one is even easier, Superkids. This balloon-made of-accessory will make your hand looks cooler.
You will Need
Balloons (different colors, shape and size)
Thin plastic rope
Scissor
Step #1
Cut the rope according your hand, save about 3 inches, to lose it a bit.
Step #2
Cut the balloons into 2 inches pieces, just use any color you like. It can be your favorite sport team uniform, rainbow or random eye catching colors.
Step #3
Tie the plastic rope to a pencil so the small pieces wont slip off.
Step #4
Stuck the balloons into the rope to tight.
Step #5
Tie up the rope end, cover with balloon to hide the knot.
