Prepare

Card board

Colorful popstick

Large size animal head image (look on internet, magazine or gift wrap)

Marker, glue and scissor

 

Step #

Cut out the animal head image, better choose the simple shape.

 

Step #2

Trace the animal head on the cardboard. Use the marker to thicken the lines, cut out.

 

Step #3

Stick the animal head to the cardboard cutout. Leave out a small gap.

 

Step #4

Tuck an ice cream stick in between the cardboard and the image. This will be the fan hand grip. Stick it with glue!
