Salt Water Painting

What We Need 

Paper

Water

Paint brush

Salt

Water paint

 

Step #1

Water a sheet of paper. Use paint brush to apply the water throughout the surface.

 

Step #2

Splash a light blue paint on to the wet paper.

 

Step #3

Add more color.

 

Step #4

When it is still wet, gently spread some salt powder (yes, the same salt table Mommy use to cook) on to the painting. Spread randomly but not too much.

 

Step #6

Wait to dry, gently swing the paper to shake the salt. Check out the tropical rock effect it creates, fantastic!
