Party decoration, made of crepe paper, usually seems just so-so. Here are the techniques of creating crepe paper to be a more exciting party accessories.

Things you need

Crepe paper

Rope

Zig zag scissor

Step #1

Cut 30×30 cm crepe papers. It takes 10 sheets for an ornate.

Step #2

Stack the crepe papers neat. You can apply alternating stack for different color. Fold about 5 cm to both sides

Step #3

Tie the center of the folded paper with a wire or a small hair band. Cut the wool as hangers with scissor. Slip in to the wire, tie up tight.

Step #4

Cut the edges of the crepe paper with scissors. Use zig zag scissors for more dazzling look.

Step #5

Stretch each sheet until fluffy. Do it carefully so as not to tear. Make some more of these hangers to liven up the party.
