This note fits your shirt pocket, Superkids. You can write down short notes in it, or tear off the pages and text your friends.
 

You will need 

Cardboard
Sheet of paper
Scissor
Ruler
Stapler
Paper with picture for decoration

Step #1
Cut out 7 x 21 cm cardboard. Turn it and fold one of the edge 2,5 cm. Make it double fold.

Step #2
Fold the opposite edge opposite direction. Make sure the tip meet the center of cardboard folding.

Step #3
Cut 12 or more 6×7 cm plain sheets of paper with scissor.

Step #4
Stack the little paper cutouts, tuck into the small folds. Bind them together with a stapler 1 cm from the edge. Slide the cover to the inside.

Step #5
Stick the picture on the front of the notes as a garnish. Better yet, try it make your own image, and then paste. You can also coat the inside cover with some funky wrapping papers.
