Pancake for Mom

All you need is just wake up earlier and prepare to cook! Making pancake is just easy as 123.

 

Here’s the ingredients:

100 g flour

1 full teaspoon of baking powder

50 g powdered sugar

200 ml of liquid milk

1 teaspoon salt

3 eggs, yolks and whites separated

 

How to make:

1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, salt and egg yolks then stir it together, until smooth and blended.

2. Whipp the egg’s white until it stiff.

3. Pour into the flour mixture and stir evenly.

4. Heat a nonstick pan, spread a little oil.

5. Pour a ladle full of batter into the skillet. Cook until second side is cooked. Lift.

6. Place pancakes on a plate and ready to eat.

 

You can add honey or maple syrup on it. Don’t forget, when serving the pancake, tell your mother that you love her. She will love both the dish and you.
