Paper Masquerade at Home
Playing with mask can turn you into any character in an instant. 11 years old girl Nurul Indah Febriyanti has done it many times with her cousin, Andra Rizal Mustaqim who is one year older. “We often draw the faces of fish or cat if we can’t find any good pictures from magazines,” Indah abruptly said.
What you need
Big size pictures of people or animal (you can have it from magazine, gift wrap or print from internet)
Nylon yarn or rubber bands
Hole punch (alternative is screwdriver)
Coin
Cutter
Cardboard
Step #1
Cut out the pictures. Use cardboard as a pad if the sheet is thin.
Step #2
Create circle using coin for eyes. Use cutter to make the hole.
Step #3
Create small holes, separated about 2 cm for the ears. Two holes on each side.
Step #4
Snuck in the yarn, tie up at one ear.
Step #5
Connect the yarn to the other ear.
