We need

Plain gift wrap

Scissor and glue

 

Step #1

Fold a 15×20 cm paper, make the edges aligned. Glue.

 

Step #2

Bend 4 cm wide both left and right side. Bend the backside to strengthen the wrinkle.

 

Step #3

Tuck the center line inward (see image no 2).

 

Step #4

Fold the lower part 4 cm. Fold again outward.

 

Step #5

Open the fold, bend the inside and make it neat (see image).

 

Step #6

Fold and stick it.

 

Step #7

Cut 6 circles with diameter 3 cm. Stick the upper part to the front part of the paper bag to make lego decoration.
