GameBoy on Android Wear

Video games has broken the limitation of being available on cellphone or game console only. Smart watch with OS Android wear can play one too. What does it like? Corbin Davenport modified the smart watch as we know. Just like before Samsung Gear Live runs OS Windows 95.  And now, it’s smart watch can play the GameBoy too.

Davenport is said to succeeded running GameBoy emulator on Android Wear, enabling Nintendo games like Pokemon by connecting to MOGA Power gamepad. The thing is, how to play these games on such a small screen?

In a video on YouTube, Davenport seems to succeeded running the GameBoy emulator application on his smart watch unit. He appears to play some common games for GameBoy, such as Pokemon, Tetris or Super Mario.

The objective of this breakthrough is simply presenting something new and attractive, as Ubergizmo reveals. You can imagine, Superkids, how to play Pokemon on just a unit of watch and gamepad. Playing game on a very small screen is not very comfortable. But occasionally, it’s quite a feat.

Davenport is also kind enough to share the tutorial of installing and running GameBoy emulator on smartwatch Samsung Gear Live. It’s just like playing on smartphone, with smaller screen that is.
