Blueberry Pancake Delicious Breakfast on Weekend

 

PREPPING TIME

20 minutes

 

 

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup of wheat flour

1tbsp sugar

1tbsp baking powder

½tsp salt

1tbsp margarine

1 egg

¾ cup of condensed milk

½ blueberry, wash, dry.

 

EQUIPMENT

Stove (You are going to need Supermom or Superdad to use it, Superkids)

Big bowl

Stirring spoon

Saucepan

Medium size bowl

Whisk

Measuring glass and spoon

Spatula

 

HOW TO MAKE

 

  1. Put the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into the big bowl. 
  2. Melt margarine on the pan
  3. Put egg into the medium bowl, add milk and the melted margarine, mix them well.
  4. Add the mixture of powder into the egg dough. Stir to mix everything well.
  5. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture. Shake or stir until all the ingredients mixing well.
  6. Add margarine into the pan and heat up with medium fire. When the bubble start emerging from the margarine, it’s hot enough.
  7. Use the measuring glass or big spoon to put the dought into the pan. Add some blueberry on each pancake.
  8. Cook the pancake on medium flame until bubble appears on top.
  9. Use spatula to flip the pancake on the pan when you see the bottom begins to brownish.
  10. 10. Cook until it’s done well on both sides (brownish).
  11. 11.  Remove pancake from the pan into the plate
  12. 12. Enjoy!

 

Note:

  1. For variation, you can spread or sprinkle some sugar powder, cinnamon, maple syrup or liquid chocolate on the pancake
  2. The meal can be served for 2 people. Each portion has 3-4 medium size pancake.
