Wagyu Cheeseburger

Wagyu is the finest imported beef in the world. It comes from Japan and is well known for the quality of meat, it’s so tender and very delicious. Wagyu beef will melt inside our mouth from the first bite. No one will have problems to chew it, Superkids.

Wagyu is commonly served as steak, raw or well cooked. Special for kids, Wagyu Smith in Surabaya comes up with more practical yet equally tasty. Jr Cheese Burger. “The burger is made of tenderly chopped wagyu beef,” Veronica Tanujaya, the restaurant owner explains.

Jr Cheese Burger is one of the most favorite kids’ menus. It comes in mini size, fitting the costumer. There’s nothing in it but wagyu beef and cheese. “You know kids always waste their vegetable. So we make burger without tomato, lettuce, onion and cucumber, just the way they like it,” Veve, Veronica’s nick name, adds on.

What makes wagyu so tender? The beef comes from well treated livingvcow. The farm is located far from the city noise, allowing them to live calm and stress-free. The shed is equipped with temperature control, making sure they don’t get too cold in the winter or too hot in summer. In fact, anyone entering the area must be sterilized first, preventing the wagyu from any bacteria.

The food is also closely monitored. Wagyu only eat top quality grass, nutritious seeds plus vitamin and calcium. These guys are well taken care of. Just imagine, they have regular massage and drink sake!

“Wagyu is healthier because it contains high monounsaturated fats, good for both kids and adults. Tighter, marbling, the meat is tenderer,” Veve elaborates. Marbling is the fat contained among muscle’s fiber. It’s white and appear like marble’s pattern on meat.
