Fresh Way to Drink Water

Sometimes we want to have fresh drink, more than just water. Especially in summer, or when we are really low on energy. Here are some tips to make water tastes fresher and still healthy to consume.

 

Add Some Fresh Fruits

Fruits, like orange (either lime or lemon) taste very relieving when added into fresh water. But there are also other fruits like strawberry or water melon that is guaranteed to tickle your tongue. Try mashing some fresh water melon, or slices or strawberry and put into your water can. Cucumber and fresh mint also make alternative fresher.

 

Add Some Fruit Punch

Fruit punch can be a good addition for water, including fruit juice like cranberry, pomegranate, grape and apple. Not only freshen, they also spoil your taste. And most of all, fruit juice contains highly beneficiary vitamin and antioxidant for body health.

 

Add some ice

Some people say adding ice cube into fresh water is more freshen than just cold water, especially in hot days. Try experimenting to make ice cube with fruit taste. Add pieces of fresh fruit, mint or slices of cucumber into ice molding container, add some water and put to freeze in the fridge. Try some tea, coffee or fruit juice flavor ice cube once a while. You can also have more creative shape by using various molding such as star or circle.
