The Crunchy Veggie Nugget

 

Healthier, tastier, more nutrient. Vegetables nugget doesn’t really taste like vegetables. Try some?

 

Ingredients

Carrots

Peas

Cauliflowers (or broccoli)

Onion and garlic, chopped

Salt and sugar

Pepper powder

Egg

Tapioca flour

Bread flour

 

How to make

  1. Boil carrots, peas, cauliflowers, onion and garlic to soften. Lift, leak through.
  2. Mix all boiled vegetables with bread flour, pepper, salt and sugar to taste.
  3. Leave in the fridge for easier molding.
  4. Mold the veggie nugget as you like: it can be triangle, square, round or star shape (ask for Mom’s cookies mold).
  5. Dip into white egg, roll on the bread flour.
  6. Done fry the nugget.
