Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

 

Ingredients:

188g All purpose flour (Segitiga Biru)

8g Baking powder

1g Salt

113g Butter or margarine

250g Sugar

125g Milk

8gr Vanilla/ 1 tbs Vanilla extract

2 Eggs

12 – 15 Ice cream cone

 

How to Make:

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add sugar and combine all ingredients

Put the mixed ingredients into the ice cream cone, and put inside the muffin pan

Bake for 27 minutes – 180 degrees Celsius

 

Butter Cream Frosting

400g Shortening

100g Butter

300g Sugar

150ml Water

75g Condensed milk

 

How to Make:

Cook the water and the sugar first until the sugar melted, leave it cool

Beat the butter and the shortening and the milk together, and then put the cooked water little by little until finish

Beat for about 20 minutes
