Nourished Croquette

 

Lunchbox can be snacks or a complete package in small portion. It should be have around 300 calorie of nutrient and 5-7 gram of protein. Here are a recipe for Meat Potato Croquette that can be an alternative for Superkids’ lunch box:

 

Ingredients:
– 100 Gram potato (boil and mash)
– 50 Gram rough chopped meat
– 20 Gram carrot, dice slice and minced 
– 20 Gram potato small dice slice 
– 5 Gram minced celery 
– 2 Cloves of garlic and one clove of onion, minced 
– 150 Gram wheat flour
– 30 Gram egg
– Salt, sugar and pepper to the taste

How to make:
1. Steam the dice potato and carrot until done.
2. For the filling: sauté the garlic and onion until they smell good.
3. Put in the dice carrot, mincemeat, celery, sugar, salt and pepper, stir well.
4. For the cover, shake the egg.
5. Mash the potato, take some, fill in with the mixture and make them into balls. Dip into the shaken egg.
6. Take out, roll up in the flour
7. Fry until they become golden brownish. There you have it, the croquette is ready for Superkids to take to school.
