The soft Tempting Panna Cotta

 

Sure we are all agree that Italia is one of the places for the best culinary of the world, next to Indonesia. Not only the yummy pizza and spaghetti, they also have the super tempting panna cotta. Once you try, you’ll be forever in love with this classic desert dressed like wow. Want to try making one yourself at home, Superkids? As easy as it may sound, do not hesitate to ask mom finishing this kitchen project. Here is the recipe.

 

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of milk

1/3 cup of sugar

2 1/4 tbsp gelatin

1 1/2 cup cream

 

How to make

  1. Spread some drops of gelatin in the milk in a small pan. Leave for 1-2 minutes to let it ‘bloomed’ – the gelatin grains will swell and wrinkle and look like they’ve absorbed some liquid.
  2. Add sugar and heat up with little flame-watch out not to let it boiled!-about 60 seconds. Or until the sugar and gelatin dissolved.
  3. Whisk in the cream and any flavorings, like vanilla.
  4. Pour into 4 to 6 small dishes.
