Easy Made Sandwich Ice Cream

 

Ingredients

120 grams unsalted butter, melted

100 grams of sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon of extract pure vanilla

75 grams of wheat flour

25 grams of cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

950 ml of ice-cream

 

How to make

  1. Heat up oven to 180C. Place a 25 x 38 cm parchment paper onto a pan. Put it in.
  2. Mix liquid butter with sugar, egg and extract vanilli. Add some flour, cocoa powder and salt. Stir well.
  3. Spread level the dough on the heated pan. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
  4. Add ice cream onto the dough. Fold it like when we make martabak.
  5. Cool it in the fridge, slice to your taste.
