Easy Made Sandwich Ice Cream
Ingredients
120 grams unsalted butter, melted
100 grams of sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of extract pure vanilla
75 grams of wheat flour
25 grams of cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
950 ml of ice-cream
How to make
- Heat up oven to 180C. Place a 25 x 38 cm parchment paper onto a pan. Put it in.
- Mix liquid butter with sugar, egg and extract vanilli. Add some flour, cocoa powder and salt. Stir well.
- Spread level the dough on the heated pan. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
- Add ice cream onto the dough. Fold it like when we make martabak.
- Cool it in the fridge, slice to your taste.
