Strawberry Smoothie: Delicious For Fasting Break
Hi, Superkids…! it’s time to make Superdad and Supermom proud of you. How? It’s easy. Serve them delicious and of course healthy menu for fasting break – strawberry smoothie. Not only easy to make, it also rich with healthy nutrient, especially vitamin C from strawberry and protein from cottage cheese. Let’s start the class!
Ingredients
2 ice cubes
1 cup of condense milk
1/3 cup of cottage cheese
2/3 cup frozen strawberry
1½ tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Tool You Need
– Blender (Superkids, you can ask Supermom or Superdad to use it)
– Serving glass
– Measurement glass and spoon
How To Make
1. Put all ingredients into blender
2. Turn on the blender for 45-60 seconds until everything is well mixed and the texture becomes soft.
3. This recipe is for one serving portion.
