Trownies, Tasty Summer Cake
Bakerzin has got a new menu Superkids, the name is Trownies. The restaurant that is well known for the dessert café dining concept and always depends on dessert for the specialty now presents desserts of four season’s theme. To start the summer, Bakerzin has Bakerzin Summer Fun Dessert Series with Trownies or Tart Brownies for the opening.
Oh, so Trownies is Tart Brownies. So what’s the different from other brownies? It’s not Bakerzin if fails to come up with dynamic and innovative dessert. Trownies or Tart Brownies is inspired by fun or cheer atmosphere, fresh and adventure. A perfect image for summer. Other than unique taste, one thing differ brownies and trownies is the texture.
Brownies’ texture is heavier, but trownies has softer texture, rich with flavor, more crunchy with all the crunches. Now combination of softer and more moist trownies with pasta filling inside, tart base and cheese cream topping will deliver the combo of crunchy, sweet and tasty texture. Just try to imagine how it taste, truly make every bite rich of sensation…yummy!!
Trownies presents 5 flavors; Choco Nutty, Pistachio, Red Velvet, Coffee Almond and Carabe Citrus. Choco Nutty is perfect blend between peanut tart brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting topping. Pistachio comes with the soft taste of pistachio, combined with the fresh of cranberry and cream cheese frosting. On the other end, Red Velvet brings up interesting combination between Red Velvet Tart Brownies with the soft of Vanilla Cream Cheese. Coffee Almond is coffee tart brownies mixed walnut and combined with the delicious Caramel Cream Cheese Butter Frosting. And, Carabe Citrus with orange confit fresh sense or lime peel sweetness joined together with dark chocolate tart brownies chocolate cream cheese frosting.
