Fun Watching Doraemon 100 Secret Gadgets Expo
School break may have ended, but in weekend, you still have a chance to visit Doraemon Secret Gadget Expo, in Ancol Beach City Mall, Superkids.
Doraemon, the legendary cat robot is still in the visit to Jakarta for 100 days. The 100 Doraemon Secret Gadget Expo is on from November 28th 2014 to March 8th 2015. Here we can see 100 equipments owned by the Japanese cat robot. We can enjoy the fait by purchasing ticket for Rp 90.000 for 13 years old and above or Rp 55.000 for Superkids of 5-12 years old.
Not only watching 100 dioramas of Doraemon posing with the magical tools, we are also taken by surprise with the ultimate magical device, the time machine. From the entrance, this one is placed right ahead to bring smiles on our face by taking memories back to the cat robot stories.
Indonesia is the 6th countries to be visited by this fair after Hongkong, Tiongkok, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan. The fair is held by Animation International, a Japanese corporation that has the license for Doraemon.
Before entering the area where Doramon’s state of the art gadgets are exhibited, for us who don’t buy ticket can just purchase Doraemon merchandise which consists of many kind of items such as dolls, key ring, pillow, camera strap, mug, t-shirt and such.
Upon entering, we will be presented the beginning of Doraemon; yellow and has ears. Doramon lost them because rats chew the ears, making him crying nonstop until he turns blue. Anyone will adore the diorama of cat robot written by a Japanese comic writer Fujio F Fujio, we only can see on TV before.
And then, we will enter the time machine room with Doraemon, and taken to a huge chamber where 100 diorama of Doraemon with 100 super cool gadgets and different expression, are presented. These dioramas are 150 cm tall and come straight from Japan. However, it is strictly forbidden to step on the stage where the diorama is standing, for everyone’s comfort.
Of course, Doraemon has much more than 100 magical gadgets in his pocket. Only in this exhibition, they only present 100 most famous Doraemon’s gadget, like bamboo copter, anywhere door, magnifying torchlight, wind cannon, love umbrella, Satan passport and others.
We are allowed to touch and have photos with any of those items that we can only see on TV before this. In addition, there are also dioramas about Nobita’s story with his grandma, dad and mom, also with Shizuka, Giant and Suneo. We also can have photos in the availablebooth, special with Nobita’s bedroom as the background. In fact, the y have provided photographer to take the shoot for us.
