Marni cried happily as her name announced. The young mother hastily came to stage carrying baby Shakira Nabila (9 months). “It’s a baby blessing. How coincident we haven’t bought baby carriage yet,” Lydia overwhelmed, couldn’t stop saying how grateful she was. Lydia was one of the three baby stroller winner in the seminar “Ready to Smarten Your Little Ones Earlier?” held in ballroom Aston Hotel Samarinda, Saturday, Juni 15th, 2013. The event was hosted by Morinaga Platinum and attended by around 900 people from Samarinda and around.
Like previous event alike in Surabaya and Banjarmasin, the seminar was successfully done. The invitees came in dress as in dress-code stated. In the first session, The Head of Child & Teen Growth Division from Pediatric Department Dr. Soetomo Surabaya Hospital, Dr. Ahmad Suryawan, SpA(K) became the key speaker. He shared complete information on how “Shape Smart Behavior and Behave Smartly Child”.
On the second session, presented a psychologist Dr. Rose Mini A Prianto MPsi (Bunda Romi) from Psychology Faculty of University of Indonesia (UI) Jakarta. She talked about how to “Shape effectively and efficiently a Happy Smart Child”. The invites were actively involved in Q&A session with Bunda Romi and Dokter Wawan.
Other attractions of this road show were the abundant facilities provided by Morinaga Platinum to the invites. Beside catering, simulation toy for children, Kid’s Guide Book, there were also dozens of door prizes came in household supplies. From blender, gas stove, furniture, magic jar, refrigerator, also shopping voucher. “Hopefully Samarinda is always on the annual city visit-list of Morinaga road show. It’s been twice we have them here, and it is always merry,” hopes Lilik Widayati, the big winner of refrigerator.
According to Business Representative PT Sanghiang Perkasa (PT Kalbe Nutritional) Heni Pujiastuti, the annual road show seminar of Morinaga Platinum is a contribution from his company to generate platinum generation. The event is not centered in one city only by purpose, but spreading in Java, Kalimantan, Sumatera, Sulawesi, and Bali. “The goal is we have platinum generations will fairly come from all Indonesia,” said Heni.
