Cooking Class in Holiday
This holiday, we get to join a cooking class. Sugar & Spice culinary class is throwing Summer Culinary Program for kids of 6-12 years old.
The program starts from June 12th 2014 to June 18th 2014 with different menu every day. According to Mrs Eveline, the founder of Sugar & Spice culinary class, the program is very supportive for kids who are looking for positive activities for holiday. “Kids can get more creative, have their skills improved and make new friends,” Eveline adds on.
Wednesday, June 12th 2014, Superkids Indonesia has a chance to join the Sugar & Spice culinary class in Ruko Plaza Intercon A5 – 16 on the third floor. It’s 9 in the morning and more than a dozen kids are already set and prepared for the cake making class in the supersize class, designed in modern kitchen style. The hands on concept class is hosted by a professional chef, Chef Vera.

Learn to read proper instruction by reading recipes or with direction from chef
Learn to like basic math by measuring ingredients
Getting to know the name where to look for ingredients
Improving hand skills and sense with working with flour and butter
Get familiar with the balance of when mixing the dough, not too much water or is the egg well shaken or not and others
Stirring with spoon or mixer
Applying pan and covering cake
Cake decorating
Setting up table
