Kidea’s Field Trip to Polliwalks

 

Once it open on Friday (30/11) at 10.00, 30 students of Kidea Puri Botanical rush in. This field trip lead by the Principal Dewi Puspasari SPsi MIKom aka Ms Puspa.

 

The group contains various class of student. The youngest was the beautiful Angel from class of Mom&I. Though she’s not reach two years of age, Angel looks very relax and enjoy the visit. From class of Todler (age 2-2,5 years) there are Karen and David. Also from Playgroup level (age 2.5-3 years) there’re Arkan, Raditya, Rafael, Favian, Kayla, Ashton, Haydn, Given, Kiana, Joshua, Jason and Keenan. Students from Preschool level (3-4 years) consists of Tristan, Aldilla, Aaron, Callysta, Sisco, Khaira, Rakha and Raina.

 

As for Kindergarten mix level was dominate by female students the likes of Fiona, Zora, Sharleen, Dipo, Nadia, Raquel, Kiandra and Arielle. Ms Ruth (headteacher and teaching in class of Mom&I and Preschool), Ms Nayla (teacher of class of Todler and Playgroup), Ms Olin (Kindergarten level teacher) and Ms Mega (teacher assistant) also present to support the students.

 

According to Ms Puspa, the theme of the field trip was related with animal. This is the very reason why Polliwalks as producer of sandals and shoes with animal character chosen to visited. The students already familiar with its cozy and staylis product.

 

Field trip filled with a variety of play and learning activities. From  storytelling until the introduction of animal characters. They are also taught to wear their own shoes and try footprinter sand bottom pool as part of their practical life. In Kidea curriculum, children are invited to a more active role in the activities of playing than learning. However, the game play is not original, but that are educational.

 

“When students learn the lesson by going through it, the knowledge will stay longer in them.  It is expected that this field trip can help training students independency, promoting their discipline, and expanding their horizon about animal world,” said Ms Puspa.
