Big Feast at 2012 JKF
School, fashion, science, cooking, talk show even up to photography. All for the fun of the little ones. The two days kids event of Jakarta Kids Festival in Kasablanka City, Jakarta, November 24-25 was extremely dazzling.
Separated in three zones, various events were opened since the get go, Saturday afternoon. Its Play Zone, Learn Zone and Grow Zone. Kids were free to unleash their creativity and playing on those grounds. The available options were Sensory Messy Playground where they painted, mixed their own paints, or even had the opportunity to try their skill in painting using their hands. There’s also Stack & Build, that offered the kids some bowling arena.
The ground was getting merrier because on the same arena, was some events took place. Fun Science Show & Workshops, Kids Flash Mob, Kids Yoga Class, Drawing and Painting Competition, Kids Cooking Class, or some worth seeing show performed by students of leading schools of Jabodetabek. As if it’s not enough, the 2012 JKF also had a bazaar and education fair in Learn zone.
“We should have this kind of show more often, as a medium for kids’ creativity. They can learn while playing,” said Toni, a father of one, in the midst of the event. The chairman of committee for 2012 JKF Prameshwari Sugiri claimed that they are satisfied with the enthusiasm of people to attend the event that was brought by Femina Group. “JKF is a solution for kids to learn and create. There are tons of activities for kids and family to be found here. We give education for kids within every activity,” she explained.
