No, not sweating because they had to teach the students who were running around here and there, Superkids, but because they participated in the ‘School Attack Superkids Indonesia’. This time, SuKi “attacked” Tarakanita 3 Kebayoran Lama Jakarta Selatan. The 3-hour long show made the usually calm and peaceful school chaotic! And since it was so crowded, the event changed place from the school hall to the large field. Wow!

School Attack is SuKi’s program that aims to encourage the Superkids to play, learn, and get prizes. Not alone, but with the whole school. Isn’t it fun?

Rock Star Gym still supports the School Attack program by making the students sweat. Yes, the primary students of Tarakanita 3 danced together a la Shuffle and then to the Gangnam Style. And not just the Superkids, but also the teachers joined dancing! It was great fun!

Not just the Rock Star Gym who filled in for the show; there was also the people from Hocus Focus who gave sessions about photography. “It was fun to share our own experiences with the Superkids. We also learn how to be punctual and patient whilst focusing on the others’ needs. As far as we’re concerned, it was really fun!” said Michael, a mentor from Hocus Focus who also shared his materials in the session.

“We’re always really open to events like this. But since the numbers of mentors are way below the number of students, it was a bit hectic for us. Next time, we might consider preparing our sessions with more people helping,” added Ibu Emel, a teacher from the school.
