Smart and Happy Kids Family Gathering
Celebrating the 8th anniversary, Smart and Happy Kids held Smart and Happy Kids Family Gathering on Saturday, October 19th, 2013. The event took place at Ocean Park BSD, BSD City, Serpong, Tangerang. About 150 students gathered around to watch ballet, taekwondo and Caecar dance show, starting at 09.00 AM.
“This is the anniversary of Smart and Happy Kids, and on with the prize handing over for the winner of the games,” Satriani Anggari the committee chairman -who is known well as Mbak Arie- explained. The games and competition going on since last August 2013. Just what are they? Many, Superkids!
There were nine categories, from Sakamoto, Ballet, Easy Reader, Sempoa, Taekwondo, Aikido, Digikidz, Robokidz all the way to GAFA. Each game broke down to several sub categories, depends on the grade and age of the students. “I have been almost three months joining a course here, taking three classes altogether; Digikidz, Sempoa dan Ballet,“ said Clarinta Putri Hutomo, a second grade student of Al Syukro Universal Jakarta, who won the first place of Digikidz for category of Kindy.
The event is a form of Smart and Happy Kids appreciation for students perseverance in practicing every week. It is expected that they will be more enthusiastic with the classroom instruction and practice more. “That is everything goes as our mission to create smarter and more cheerful kids,“ Mbak Arie explained.
