Three Days of Fun with Disney
Though this is not the first time, they were still welcomed warmly by little fans in this City of Heroes. Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Tigger, Buzz Lightyear, Woody and Cinderella were on to the show of ‘Disney Live! Mickey’s Rockin’ Road Show’. The event was enliven the Grand City Surabaya with Mickey and friends entertaining the fans for nine shows, three days, November 16-18.
In every show, Mickey and friends sang about four songs. They also danced and invited audience to have fun with them. “Are you happy now? Come on let’s dance together!” Mickey shouted.
The event was getting more spectacular with the support of state of the art special effect. When Mickey and friends were on a trip, the train they were on was actually stayed still. The manipulated background make the audience think that these characters were passing through a clam mountain, flying in the blue sky or tracing the beauty of underwater sea performance.
Not less than 30 talents were involved in this show, they came straight from Disney’s headquarters in America. Before Surabaya, Mickey and the others were having fun with the fans in Jakarta. After the show they will on to Australia and return to their home in America. “The point is, we want to make children happy with this concert,” said Edy Purnomo from BigDaddy Entertainment, the event organizer of the show explained.
