Trick or Treat with Moe
All you need to do is shouted “Trick or treat!”. Then you got some candies, chocolate or delicious round ice in return. This kind of excitement was happened in Halloween celebration at Giggle the Fun Factory, in 5th floor of fX Sudirman, Jakarta last Saturday (13/10).
The event called ‘Trick or Treat with Moe’ and 38 superkids in all kind of costume participating in it. There’s Bijoux who appeared as Jack Sparrow the pirate, the sweet Joey and Phoebe sisters who were looking very cute as Lady Bug and Queen Bee, not to mention the Lizard monster appearance and the lovely Snow White. They carrying their very own bag creation busy visiting all 15 stores to collect gift.
“We asked children to dress as attractive as they could to express creativity,” said Ellyzar Zachra Putri Bantara, the Marketing Communication Executive Miniapolis&Giggle the Fun Factory.
The event is not just about children having fun with friends or family, but also sharpen their creativity by competing in cookie decorate. Ellyzar made sure that food coloration contains no chemical substance. “It’s safe for kids,” she explained.
Another exciting challenge was found in art and craft activity. Superkids were free to express their mind in making spooky Halloween bag. These cool bags then they used to collect gift from visiting store. Some fortunes kids get more fun bringing home extra gift, as they became the winner in cookie decorating competition and best costume. The best costume award went to Charlize in her sorceress outfit.
The Halloween party actually an annual event held at night of October 31st. This is one of kid’s most anticipating events in United States. Kids come to neighbors in spooky costume. To get a handful candies and chocolates, they’ll utter a shout to house owner, “Trick or treat!”
