Don’t Talk about Resolution; WRITE!

Superparents, have you ever said, “No matter how hard i try, i always fail at my New Year’s resolutions. How can i stay on track this time around?” If we have some resolutions, make them deeply immersed into our subconscious mind. Then, unconsciously, our thinking, our energy, and our action, tend to move toward the resolutions.

How to help immersing the resolution into subconscious mind? One of the powerful methods is write and display them. If we just memorize them, we’ll forget. If we write and display, it will be easier for us to remember. If somebody else read them, we can be reminded. We’ll also get motivated more.

Here are four ways to display New Year’s resolutions.

  1. Write in big letters, and put them at the strategic places that we often visit. Such as, on working desk, at the back door of our wardrobe, at the ceiling on our bed, or in front of the toilet.
  2. Use them as our favorite accessories. Print resolutions on personalized items, such as; mugs, bags, pencils, or other items. Sew our resolutions onto cloth, or stamp them on jewelry, and wear it.
  3. Use gadget. For example, record our voice and set it as our ringtone. So, any time we receive a call, we remind ourself about our resolution.
  4. Display them in internet. For example, create event on Facebook account. Instead of writing an event on a certain date, write our resolution. So, on then date, Facebook will remind us about the resolution. Or, write resolution on our blog.

If we have more comfortable way to display our resolution, please go ahead. Be creative.
