Enjoy the last week of holiday in Ramadhan

 

This school break is overlapping with the holy month of Ramadhan. Sure enough, body’s stamina becomes a bit restrained for the fasting. Eits, that doesn’t mean that vacation is completely out of order! There are still many other activities to do.

 

There tips and tricks to keep the holiday fun and fasting stays on. Here are the tips for Supermoms and Superdads to take Superkids enjoying the las week of holiday in Ramadhan:

 

Ramadhan Safari

 Superkids can fill in the holiday by doing some Ramadhan Safari. For example, take Superkids to Mosque he never been to for tarawih.

 

Avoid moving too much during the day

When fasting, Superkids can cut off the vacation trips from four sites into two sites. The goal is to prevent from getting tired and the fasting still on. Supermoms and Superdads can take Superkids for late afternoon or evening activities.

 

Rest during fasting break 

When break, don’t forget to take a rest, Supermoms and Superdads. Give Superkids something sweet to eat and drink to restore the energy. Don’t miss the prayer before move on with the activity. 
 

 

A lot of water and vitamin

Water is crucial for body, Superkids. to help body metabolism and preventing from thirst (dehydration). When sahur and break, Superkids must drink a lot. Supermoms and Superdads, don’t forget to give them vitamin, so Superkids can stay fit during the sightseeing and spending their last week of school break.
